Nickel chromium and nickel chromium iron alloy is the most widely used high resistance alloys for electrical heating , the alloy has higher resistivity, good oxidation resistance and wear resistance , good mechanical properties and welding performance , under high temperature and high strength . The alloy is suitable for metallurgy, chemical industry, machinery, glass , ceramics and household electrical appliances and other industrial sectors , such as the production of heating elements , various types of motor voltage regulator and brake resistor.
