Typical manufacturing resistance thermometers, internal parts of the tube, such as grid side rods, struts and external parts of the tube, such as lead wires.

1.Pure nickel wire

1.1 Introduction

Pure nickel wire is mainly used to manufacture electron tube cathode, anode grid side rod, tube needle, etc. It has good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance to alkalis, such as sodium hydroxide. It also has better electrical, thermal and magnetic controllability characteristics. Applications include food and synthetic fibre processing, heat exchangers and the chemical and power industries. Typical manufacturing resistance thermometers, internal parts of the tube, such as grid side rods, struts and external parts of the tube, such as lead wires.

At room temperature, a dense oxide film is formed on the surface of the nickel wire in humid air, which can prevent the substrate metal from continuing to oxidize. The corrosion of nickel wire by hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and alkaline solution is very slow. Nickel wire dissolves slowly in dilute nitric acid. Strong nitric acid can passivate the surface of nickel wire and have corrosion resistance. Nickel wire is widely used in chemical chlor-alkali and other industries that require acid and alkali resistance. Existing production process of pure nickel wire: At present, the domestic production of pure nickel wire mainly adopts vacuum induction melting → ingot peeling → forging → grinding → rolling → drawing.

1.2 Application

Widely used in the manufacture of ion-exchange membrane electrolyzer electrodes, with good corrosion resistance.

Metallurgical machinery is used for sieving and filtration under acid and alkali environment conditions; sieve filter in chemical and chemical fiber industry; pickling mesh in electroplating industry; battery collector mesh, etc.

1.3 Specifications wire diameter: 0.02mm-6.00mm.

1.4 Grade

There are two types of nickel wire in China: N4 and N6. The purity of N4 nickel wire is 99.8% and above. The purity of nickel wire of N6 is more than 99.6%.

2.Nickel Mesh

2.1 Introduction

It is mainly used for sieving and separation of gas, liquid filtration and other media under acid and alkali environment conditions. The use of nickel mesh: nickel wire is woven into various specifications of mesh, cloth, with good acid resistance, alkali resistance, and other properties. It can be used as electrolytic hydrogen production, sintering and shielding of electronic components, and has very good effects. Mainly used in petroleum, chemical, chemical fiber, rubber wheel manufacturing, metallurgy, medicine, food and other industries.

2.2 Weaving of nickel mesh: plain weave twill weave. The specification of nickel mesh is 1-400 mesh.

2.3 Commonly used materials for nickel mesh: N4/N6. The nickel accounts for more than 95%.

2.4 Characteristics of nickel mesh: Nickel has good mechanical strength and ductility. Intolerant of water, strong anti-corrosion ability to acids and alkalis. Nickel mesh has good plasticity and corrosion resistance.

2.5 Melting point: 1455 degrees.

2.6 Density: 8.902g/cm3.

Nickel-Chromium and Nickel-Chromium-Iron alloy wire

Nickel chromium and nickel chromium iron alloy are the most widely used high resistance electric heating alloys. This alloy has high resistivity, good oxidation resistance and wear resistance, good machining performance and welding performance, and high strength at high temperatures. The alloy is suitable for manufacturing heating elements, voltage regulating resistors and braking resistors of various motors in metallurgy, chemical industry, machinery, glass, ceramics, household appliances and other industrial sectors.

Copper copper nickel thermocouple wire (T type)

Copper copper nickel thermocouple (T-type thermocouple), also known as copper constantan thermocouple, is the best low temperature low metal thermocouple. Its positive pole (TP) is pure copper, and its negative pole (TN) is copper nickel alloy, often called constantan. It is common with the EN of nickel chromium constantan and cannot be common with the JN of iron constantan, although they are all called constantan. The measuring temperature range of copper copper nickel thermocouple is - 200~350 ℃.

Iron copper nickel (constantan) thermocouple wire (J)

Iron copper nickel thermocouple (J-type thermocouple) is also called iron constantan thermocouple. The nominal chemical composition of its positive pole (JP) is pure iron, and the negative pole (JN) is copper nickel alloy, which is often vaguely called constantan. Its nominal chemical composition is 55% copper, 45% nickel, and a small amount of very important cobalt, iron, manganese and other elements. Although it is called constantan, it is different from nickel chromium constantan and copper constantan, so it cannot be replaced by EN or TN. The temperature range covered by iron constantan thermocouple is - 210~1200 ℃, but the commonly used temperature range is 0-750 ℃.

Ni Cr Si Ni Si Mg thermocouple wire (N type)

The nickel chromium silicon nickel silicon magnesium thermocouple (N-type thermocouple) is a low metal thermocouple, which is the latest internationally standardized thermocouple. The nominal chemical composition of the positive pole (NP) is: Ni: Cr: Si ≈ 84.4:14.2:1.4, and the nominal chemical composition of the negative pole (NN) is: Ni: Si: Mg ≈ 95.5:4.4:0.1. Its use temperature range is - 200~1300 ℃.

Nickel chromium copper nickel (constantan) thermocouple wire (type E)

Nickel chromium copper nickel thermocouple (E-type thermocouple), also known as nickel chromium constantan thermocouple, is also a kind of low metal thermocouple. Its positive electrode (EP) is nickel chromium 10 alloy with the same chemical composition as KP. The negative electrode (EN) is copper nickel alloy. Its nominal chemical composition is 55% copper, 45% nickel and a small amount of cobalt, manganese, iron and other elements. The use temperature of the thermocouple is - 200~900 ℃.

Nickel chromium nickel silicon thermocouple wire (Type K)

Nickel chromium nickel silicon thermocouple (K-type thermocouple) is the low metal thermocouple with the largest usage in the temperature measurement area above 500 ℃, and its usage is the sum of other metal thermocouples. The nominal chemical composition of the positive pole (KP) is Ni: Cr ≈ 90:10, and the chemical composition of the negative pole (KN) is Ni: Si ≈ 97:3, and its operating temperature range is - 200~1300 ℃.
