NiCr-NiSi thermocouple wire (Type K)

NiCr-NiSi (Type K) thermocouple finds the widest use in all basemetal thermocouple, at temperature above 500℃。The main chemical composition of positive leg NiCr (KP) are Ni≈90% and Cr≈10%; negative leg NiSi (KN) are Ni≈97% and Si≈3%. The operating temperature range is - 200~1300℃(for short term) and 0~1100℃( for long term).


Nicrosil-Nisil thermocouple (Type N)

Type N thermocouple improves the EMF drift and short term EMF change, compared to type K thermocouple, and has a longer life than type K thermocouple. Therefore, in the industries where temperature control and measurement are especially critical, type N thermocouple has more advantages than other thermocouple as it has long life and stable thermal EMF.


NiCr- CuNi thermocouple (Type E)

NiCr- CuNi thermocouple (type E) is also named NiCr- Constantan thermocouple. The main chemical composition of positive leg NiCr (EP) is Ni: Cr≈90:10; negative leg Constantan (EN) is Cu: Ni≈ 55%: 45%. Although EN, TN, JN are all called Constantan, EN and TN don not give the same EMF output curve as JN. EN and TN are able to interchange but they are not interchangeable with JN. The operating temperature range of type E thermocouple is -200~900℃.


Cu- CuNi thermocouple (Type T)

Type T thermocouple has good resistance to oxidation, high EMF output, with good temperature accuracy, sensitivity and stability. In the temperature range -200~0℃, it has better property, the year stability is less than ±3μV .


Thermocouple Extension & Compensating wire

Thermocouple compensating wire is used to connect the electrode (cold side of thermocouple) with display instrument in order to form a temperature measurement system. The working temperature is -25~200℃.


KANGTONG (Constantan alloy wire)

With copper and nickel as the main component. Has a low resistance temperature (below 500 degrees Celsius), good mechanical processing performance, corrosion resistance and brazing. Variable resistance and strain resistance elements in an alternating current instrument.


MENTONG (Manganin alloy wire)

With copper, manganese and nickel as the main components. With a high resistivity, a very small resistance temperature coefficient, and the thermoelectric power of copper, and excellent long-term stability of the resistance and so on, is a kind of more ideal precision resistance material. Mainly used in precision instruments, such as resistance components and shunt resistance, etc.


Karma (Ni-Cr-Al-Fe) alloy wire

With nickel, chromium, aluminum, iron as the main ingredients. Resistivity than manganin higher about three times, and a low temperature coefficient of resistance and low to the copper heat potential, good resistance to long-term stability and antioxidant properties. The use of a wide temperature manganin. Suitable for making precision micro resistance element and strain gauge.


Copper-nickel low resistance heating alloy wire

Copper-base heat resistance alloy wire resistivity is low, has good corrosion resistance, weldability and workability, suitable for in thermal overload relay, a low-voltage circuit breakers, and other low- voltage electrical appliances and household appliances and other electrical appliances manufacturing heating element, and is an important material in production of heating cable.


PTC (Ni-Fe) alloy wire

PTC thermistor alloy wire with medium resistivity, high positive temperature coefficient of resistance, the material is widely used in all kinds of electric heater, with automatic temperature control, automatic power adjustment, constant current, current limiting, energy saving, long service life, etc. many advantages.


Monel alloy wire

Monel alloy wire has high strength, nonmagnetic and excellent mechanical properties, but also has excellent corrosion resistance. The alloy is widely used in the nuclear industry, petrochemical and other industries, the manufacture of high corrosion resistance of parts. Monel alloy wire can be used as a special solder, suitable for welding of marine propeller shaft, impeller, pump shaft etc..


Pure nickel wire

Pure nickel wire has good mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and high heat resistance and other characteristics. Suitable for the production of electric vacuum devices, electronic components, as well as the chemical industry for corrosion resistant materials.
